This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while working in a dynamic, supportive setting.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive supervision and care for children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities focused on childhood development, early childhood education, and preschool experience</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being</li><li>Assist with toddler care and infant care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules</li><li>Use teaching techniques to foster curiosity, creativity, and learning in children of diverse abilities, including working with individuals with disabilities</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards; administer first aid when necessary</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child&rsquo;s progress and daily experiences</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare settings or as a nanny or babysitter is highly valued</li><li>Classroom experience or early childhood education background is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific care practices</li><li>Experience with behavior management techniques that support positive growth and learning outcomes</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to caregiving or working with children are advantageous</li><li>Familiarity with working with children who have special needs or disabilities is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism</li></ul>Join us as a Childcare Provider to inspire young minds, support families, and contribute to the healthy development of children.
