Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Saut&eacute;\\Grill Cook with a background in high-volume, scratch kitchens. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in consistency, and has a passion for Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and execute saut&eacute; station dishes including pasta, sauces, and entr&eacute;es</li><li>Control cooking temperatures and timing to ensure quality and consistency</li><li>Prepare all food prep required for the station</li><li>Manage multiple orders in a high-volume environment</li><li>Coordinate with other kitchen stations for efficient service</li><li>Plate dishes according to restaurant standards</li><li>Maintain proper mise en place and station readiness</li><li>Monitor inventory and restock station as needed</li><li>Follow all recipes, food safety, and sanitation guidelines</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen</li><li>Strong understanding of saut&eacute; techniques and professional cooking methods</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Availability to work weekends and holidays</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards</li></ul>

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.</li><li>

Assist with the development of new pizza recipes and specials.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and oven operation.</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.</li><li>
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality products.</li><li>
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>
