We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pizza Cook to contribute to the success of our pizzeria at Little Mama's Italian Kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of pizza-making techniques, a love for Italian cuisine, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to create a perfect crust.
• Sauce, top, and bake pizzas according to Little Mama's recipes and standards.
• Monitor and manage pizza oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking conditions.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all pizza ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards to guarantee food safety.
• Assist with the development of new pizza recipes and specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and oven operation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality products.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: Up to $22.00 / hour
