Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily activities, develop curriculum plans, and ensure each child&rsquo;s developmental needs are met with care and professionalism. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage daily classroom activities, maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for toddlers and preschoolers.</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports literacy, math, physical development, and Montessori-inspired learning.</li><li>Plan engaging lessons that promote curiosity, social-emotional development, and positive behavior.</li><li>Observe and assess children&rsquo;s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child&rsquo;s development and classroom experiences.</li><li>Supervise assistant teachers and staff, providing guidance on classroom management and best practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements, as well as health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in early childhood education or a daycare setting is required.</li><li>Experience in preschool or private school environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong skills in curriculum development across literacy, math, physical education, and early learning methods.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior while maintaining a nurturing environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills when working with children, parents, and staff.</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood development and early intervention strategies.</li><li>Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques that support active learning.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
