Curriculum Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing your skills in early childhood education.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, we use Frogstreet​ Curriculum, daily schedules and Routines.</li><li>Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among toddlers</li><li>Manage daily classroom routines including circle time, snack time, outdoor play, and nap schedules with effective behavior management strategies</li><li>Use classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and resolve conflicts constructively</li><li>Incorporate specialized approaches such as Montessori methods or early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that integrate curriculum development principles and support holistic childhood development</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or similar settings</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education</li><li>Experience in curriculum implementing literacy education programs for young children</li><li>Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for toddlers to promote positive social interactions.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Experience with classroom management tools and standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood settings</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the youngest learners!
