Create joy in a child's life by teaching through play and hands-on activities while fostering children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Responsible for the safety of all children in the group</li><li>Plan and implement activities aligned with curriculum</li><li>Efficiently communicate and coordinate daily curriculum/lesson plans with co-teacher</li><li>Responsible for the care, hygiene, diapering, learning, and developmental activities, and specialized programs</li><li>Maintain daily communication with parents regarding their child's accomplishments and daily activities</li><li>Maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards</li><li>Actively engaged with the children at all times while serving as a role model through appearance and actions</li><li>Provide a loving and nurturing environment at all times</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean environment (both indoors and outdoors)</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain required</li><li>Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience</li><li>1+ years of experienced working with infants and/or toddlers preferred but we are willing to train the right person!!</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours</li><li>Great communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
