Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the safety of all children in the group
• Plan and implement activities aligned with curriculum
• Efficiently communicate and coordinate daily curriculum/lesson plans with co-teacher
• Responsible for the care, hygiene, diapering, learning, and developmental activities, and specialized programs
• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding their child's accomplishments and daily activities
• Maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards
• Actively engaged with the children at all times while serving as a role model through appearance and actions
• Provide a loving and nurturing environment at all times
• Maintain a safe and clean environment (both indoors and outdoors)

Job Requirements

• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain required
• Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience
• 1+ years of experienced working with infants and/or toddlers preferred but we are willing to train the right person!!
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours
• Great communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
