Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our educational team! Duties
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementing instructional activities across subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education.
- Good with Social Media and online plateforms.
- Fast learner with good attitude.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Work closely with children to promote development in areas like communication skills, childhood development, and social-emotional learning.
- Provide individualized attention to students with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or behavioral challenges.
- Help prepare classroom materials, organize supplies, and set up learning stations aligned with curriculum goals.
- Supervise children during activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff on curriculum development, classroom activities, and progress monitoring to support student success.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and working with individuals with disabilities or autism is advantageous.
- Experience in classroom management and lesson support across diverse age groups including toddlers, preschoolers, or kindergarteners.
- Familiarity with Montessori or other child-centered educational philosophies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team environments while maintaining patience and enthusiasm for working with children.
