Assistant Tutor – Part-Time

Location: MindFlex Learning Center
Schedule: Tuesdays-Thursdays, 3-6:15pm

About Us:
MindFlex Learning Center is a family-owned tutoring center dedicated to helping students excel in Reading and Math through personalized instruction. Our engaging and supportive environment fosters confidence and academic success for every child we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Support lead tutors in delivering Reading and Math lessons
• Assist students with activities and reinforcement exercises
• Help maintain an organized and engaging learning space
• Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to students
• Greet students and assist with session transitions

Qualifications:

• Dependability is essential – students thrive on consistency
• High school juniors and seniors with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply
• College level experience and/or classroom teaching experience, preferred
• Interest in education and working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
