Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Program Childcare Teacher to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through innovative teaching methods and personalized care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development</li><li>Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of toddlers, preschoolers, and children requiring special education or early intervention services</li><li>Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment</li><li>Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive conduct and social skills</li><li>Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing and early childhood benchmarks to monitor progress</li><li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's welfare and developmental goals</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and classroom activities</li><li>Incorporate Montessori, STEM, or other specialized educational approaches as appropriate</li><li>Support children with diverse needs through individualized instruction and tutoring when necessary</li><li>Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in childhood development</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies</li><li>Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management</li><li>Familiarity with special education needs, behavior management techniques, and child welfare practices</li><li>Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education activities</li><li>Ability to work effectively with children across different age groups including toddlers and preschoolers</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Experience working in daycare settings or private schools is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners including those requiring additional support or tutoring</li><li>Strong organizational skills for maintaining classroom routines and documentation</li></ul>This position provides an enriching environment where educators can foster children's growth while developing their professional skills in early childhood education.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $11.75 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Childcare</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
