This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, fun setting that values teamwork and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.</li><li>Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests promptly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while balancing registers at shift end.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.</li><li>Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, supporting large groups with efficient service in both nightclub and fine dining settings.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy hours by prioritizing tasks such as serving tables, refilling drinks, and processing payments to maximize guest satisfaction.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant experience or fine dining background.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tables or bar stations.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts efficiently without compromising service quality.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.</li><li>Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; catering experience is also valued.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment that may include brewing operations or retail aspects within the hospitality industry.
