Duties

• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests promptly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while balancing registers at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, supporting large groups with efficient service in both nightclub and fine dining settings.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours by prioritizing tasks such as serving tables, refilling drinks, and processing payments to maximize guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant experience or fine dining background.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tables or bar stations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; catering experience is also valued.
