 Supply Chain &amp; Procurement Specialist
 
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end purchasing and import processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams for order follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Support demand planning and maintain optimal stock levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead times
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost improvement and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in relevant systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage procurement processes for electronic components and PCB assembly
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production teams on PCB assembly processes and material planning
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics or Industrial Engineering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, import operations, or supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in electronic components and PCB assembly is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
 </li>
