Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing and import processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams for order follow-up
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Support demand planning and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Negotiate with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead times
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Support cost improvement and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in relevant systems
  • Manage procurement processes for electronic components and PCB assembly
  • Coordinate with production teams on PCB assembly processes and material planning


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics or Industrial Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, import operations, or supply chain
  • Experience in electronic components and PCB assembly is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
