Position Summary / Objective
This full-time position supports Pyrotecnico's warehouse and show operations, including equipment management, show preparation, and general facility maintenance. The individual in this role ensures equipment readiness, maintains accurate inventory, and contributes to the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse and shows.
Role Responsibilities

Equipment and Inventory Management<ul><li>
Accurately load and unload trucks for shows in a safe and timely manner.</li><li>
Manage warehouse inventory and equipment using the inventory management system.</li><li>
Inspect, test, maintain, repair, and label all equipment/gear regularly.</li><li>
Maintain logs of completed work in the inventory management system.</li><li>
Coordinate with the Equipment Inventory Manager for equipment needs.</li></ul>
Show Preparation and Support<ul><li>
Pull and prep shows for delivery and setup.</li><li>
Check in and out shows, communicating shortages or damaged/missing gear to Managers.</li><li>
Maintain industry-specific electronics and ensure they are in proper working order.</li></ul>
Warehouse and Grounds Maintenance<ul><li>
Maintain warehouse and grounds in a safe, clean, and organized manner.</li><li>
Maintain and clean trucks.</li><li>
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and power tools.</li><li>
Complete and submit required paperwork according to company policies.</li></ul>
Work Environment
Warehouse-based with occasional office work.
Physical Demands
The individual in this role must frequently walk, bend, stoop, stand, and climb throughout the warehouse. At times, the employee may remain stationary for desk or administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to push or pull up to 100 lbs occasionally and lift or carry up to 50 lbs frequently. The employee must safely operate machinery such as forklifts and standard hand and power tools and must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position following a standard workday schedule. The employee may occasionally be required to work evenings or weekends during high-volume periods. All breaks, meal periods, and any overtime will be provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal labor laws.
Travel
This position requires up to 15% travel. Travel may include both local and out-of-area trips and may occasionally require overnight stays.

Position Summary / Objective
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager in a shared services role supporting our two companies - Live Events and Pyrotecnico. In this role, you will manage all digital platforms including digital advertising, social media, SEO, website strategy and infrastructure, and CRM &mdash; to drive revenue growth and brand engagement. This role is focused on platform management, paid campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
This is a hands-on execution role that requires analytical capabilities. You will manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies, maintain marketing infrastructure, and deliver measurable outcomes that directly support the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a proven track record of converting digital campaigns into revenue-generating results.

Digital Marketing &amp; Revenue Conversion<ul><li>
Design and execute digital campaigns with a clear focus on converting audience engagement into measurable revenue.</li><li>
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the company&rsquo;s third-party SEO and Google Ads agency, providing direction, reviewing performance, and ensuring campaigns align with business goals.</li><li>
Maintain a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Ads to effectively evaluate agency recommendations, ask informed questions, and communicate results to leadership.</li><li>
Collaborate with the agency on keyword strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reviews.</li></ul>
Website Strategy &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>
Lead website strategy in partnership with outside website design vendors.</li><li>
Perform minor website updates and ongoing maintenance as needed.</li><li>
Maintain working knowledge of website hosting and infrastructure tools including WordPress, Elementor, Figma, DNS, and domain hosting.
</li></ul>CRM &amp; Marketing Operations<ul><li>
Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, track leads, adjust workflows, and report on funnel performance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate campaign data and provide regular reporting on KPIs to leadership.</li></ul>
Work Environment
This position is primarily based in an in-person office environment. The role requires regular on-site collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional partners. Flexibility for remote work may be available on a limited basis, subject to manager approval and business needs.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This role primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, along with frequent use of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, or movement between office or event locations may be required. The position may also require the ability to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds on an occasional basis, such as marketing materials.

Required<ul><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.</li><li>
Proven experience managing marketing for live events, entertainment, or experiential brands preferred.</li><li>

The Crew Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of technician scheduling, training administration, crew coordination, and workforce record-keeping. Reporting directly to the Crew Operations Manager, this role serves as a key operational liaison between technicians, the Production department, and the Travel and Freight team. The Crew Operations Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Training Administration<ul><li>
Schedule required training sessions for all technicians, coordinating dates, times, and venues in advance.</li><li>
Assign training requirements to individual employees based on role, certification needs, and compliance obligations.</li><li>
Monitor and enforce training attendance, following up with personnel to ensure completion by required deadlines.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all training completions, including dates, course names, and certifying bodies.</li><li>
Track training expiration dates and proactively initiate recertification or renewal processes.</li><li>
Generate and distribute training compliance reports to the Crew Operations Manager and other leadership as requested.</li><li>
Coordinate with department heads and vendors to source, schedule, and confirm training resources and instructors.</li></ul>
Labor Scheduling &amp; Coordination<ul><li>
Maintain the current labor schedule with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Track technician availability and document/update booked shows.</li><li>
Contact personnel for availability, pre-confirm, and schedule for upcoming shows.</li><li>
Resolve crew issues, verify schedule requirements, confirm availability, and adjust crew size as necessary.</li><li>
Coordinate and communicate confirmed staffing with the Production team.</li><li>
Coordinate and communicate travel requirements with the Travel &amp; Freight Team.</li></ul>
Crew Management &amp; Staffing<ul><li>
Utilize client staff lists to fill crew requirements with the most qualified employees available.</li><li>
Create and distribute show rate sheets to technicians.</li><li>
Confirm technician show pay is accurate at the completion of each show.</li></ul>
Records &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Upload and maintain technician records regarding licenses, travel documents, and training completions.</li><li>
Ensure all records are current, accurately filed, and accessible for audits or review.</li></ul>
After-Hours Support<ul><li>
Provide on-call labor support for changes, cancellations, and no-shows.</li><li>
Escalate critical issues to the Crew Operations Manager as appropriate.</li></ul>
Work Environment
This job operates in an office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, office phones, and other standard office equipment. This role involves ongoing communication with internal employees and external contacts via phone, email, and any other professional means of communication necessary to complete the essential duties of the position.
Physical Demands
The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and to have routine contact with individuals in the office and/or warehouse.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are typically an 8-hour day in addition to a 1-hour unpaid lunch, generally following an 8am&ndash;5pm schedule. Extended hours, evening, and weekend work may be required during high-volume show periods. This position will require overtime at certain times of the year, and the Crew Operations Coordinator may also receive calls after hours regarding emergency labor needs. Calls taken after hours should be added to weekly hours worked.
Travel
This position requires minimal travel.
Required<ul><li>
Two or more years of experience supporting labor coordination, workforce scheduling, or training administration using both manual and automated systems; entertainment or live events industry experience highly preferred.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, training requirements, and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or similar systems preferred but not required.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with technicians, department leaders, and support teams.</li><li>
Working knowledge of workforce coordination, training compliance, and technician credential tracking.</li><li>
Professional communication skills with a courteous phone and email demeanor when working with internal staff, technicians, vendors, and external partners.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to scheduling conflicts, staffing changes, or training needs.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
