We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Manager who&rsquo;s equal parts creative, strategic, and hungry to grow.You&rsquo;ll own the day-to-day of our social channels &mdash; creating, editing, and managing content that captures attention, drives engagement, and builds genuine community. If you love wellness, trends, and bringing ideas to life, this is your chance to grow with a brand that&rsquo;s scaling fast.What You&rsquo;ll DoContent Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories that reflect the Healthillie vibe.</li><li>Write captions that are clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused.</li><li>Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (with support from the team).</li><li>Repurpose blogs, email content, and founder insights into engaging social stories.</li></ul>Brand Consistency &amp; Creative Direction<ul><li>Maintain a cohesive look and voice across every piece of content.</li><li>Collaborate with the founder to bring campaign ideas, product launches, and community initiatives to life.</li><li>Capture lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes moments that tell the brand story authentically.</li></ul>Trend Research &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Stay ahead of trends &mdash; track audios, aesthetics, and wellness conversations that align with our mission.</li><li>Conduct competitor research and present 2&ndash;3 creative ideas weekly that push our content forward.</li><li>Help brainstorm for launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Growth<ul><li>Track post performance and engagement trends using analytics tools.</li><li>Provide weekly insights on what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and what to test next.</li><li>Contribute to growing reach, followers, and engagement through creative testing and optimization.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Engage with followers through comments and DMs using our Healthillie-approved tone.</li><li>Identify opportunities for deeper community connection and real-time feedback.</li><li>Support influencer or UGC collaborations as needed.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A creative storyteller who loves social media and understands how to capture attention fast.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience managing or assisting brand or creator social accounts.</li><li>Confident behind the camera &mdash; whether shooting on iPhone or DSLR.</li><li>Sharp proofreading skills and an eye for detail to keep visuals and voice consistent.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving start-up environment.</li><li>Passionate about wellness, clean living, and helping others make healthier choices.</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience in influencer outreach, UGC coordination, or content planning tools (ShopMy, ClickUp, etc.).</li><li>Basic design skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.</li><li>Familiarity with paid social strategy, SEO, or email marketing.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us<ul><li>Join a high-growth start-up with endless room to learn and evolve.</li><li>Collaborate directly with our founder and marketing team to shape brand storytelling.</li><li>Creative freedom &mdash; your ideas will be heard, tested, and celebrated.</li><li>Be part of a mission-driven brand making clean living simple and inspiring.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Required - Passionate about health and wellness.
