Live Healthillie is a fast-growing wellness start-up redefining clean living through trusted, founder-led storytelling and products that help families make healthier swaps. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s equal parts creative, strategic, and hungry to grow.
You’ll own the day-to-day of our social channels — creating, editing, and managing content that captures attention, drives engagement, and builds genuine community. If you love wellness, trends, and bringing ideas to life, this is your chance to grow with a brand that’s scaling fast.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories that reflect the Healthillie vibe.
- Write captions that are clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (with support from the team).
- Repurpose blogs, email content, and founder insights into engaging social stories.
Brand Consistency & Creative Direction
- Maintain a cohesive look and voice across every piece of content.
- Collaborate with the founder to bring campaign ideas, product launches, and community initiatives to life.
- Capture lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes moments that tell the brand story authentically.
Trend Research & Strategy
- Stay ahead of trends — track audios, aesthetics, and wellness conversations that align with our mission.
- Conduct competitor research and present 2–3 creative ideas weekly that push our content forward.
- Help brainstorm for launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Analytics & Growth
- Track post performance and engagement trends using analytics tools.
- Provide weekly insights on what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next.
- Contribute to growing reach, followers, and engagement through creative testing and optimization.
Community Engagement
- Engage with followers through comments and DMs using our Healthillie-approved tone.
- Identify opportunities for deeper community connection and real-time feedback.
- Support influencer or UGC collaborations as needed.
Who You Are
- A creative storyteller who loves social media and understands how to capture attention fast.
- 1–3 years of experience managing or assisting brand or creator social accounts.
- Confident behind the camera — whether shooting on iPhone or DSLR.
- Sharp proofreading skills and an eye for detail to keep visuals and voice consistent.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving start-up environment.
- Passionate about wellness, clean living, and helping others make healthier choices.
Bonus Points
- Experience in influencer outreach, UGC coordination, or content planning tools (ShopMy, ClickUp, etc.).
- Basic design skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Familiarity with paid social strategy, SEO, or email marketing.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
