About Us Live Love Flow Yoga is a community focused yoga studio in Green Lake, Seattle offering hot yoga, strength, and wellness classes. We are building a strong local community and are looking for someone who understands how to tell that story online and help grow the studio.Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media &amp; Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence. This person will create content, post regularly, and help communicate promotions, workshops, and events across multiple platforms. The role is part-time and flexible but requires consistency and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Post regularly including reels, stories, and updates</li><li>Capture content in the studio (classes, instructors, community moments)</li><li>Respond to comments and messages when needed</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Film and edit short videos for social media</li><li>Take photos and create simple graphics for posts and stories</li><li>Plan a weekly content calendar with promotions, classes, and events</li></ul>Email &amp; Text Marketing<ul><li>Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact</li><li>Promote workshops, membership offers, and events</li><li>Send promotional text messages for key announcements or last-minute class openings</li></ul>Marketing Support<ul><li>Promote special events, workshops, and community events</li><li>Work with the studio team to highlight instructors and new classes</li><li>Track engagement and help improve what performs best</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or small business</li><li>Comfortable creating Instagram reels and short video content</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)</li><li>Familiar with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact</li><li>Organized and able to manage a simple weekly content schedule</li><li>Interest in yoga, fitness, or wellness is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone creative and reliable</li><li>Someone who understands local community marketing</li><li>Someone who can capture the energy of the studio and turn it into engaging content</li></ul>Hours &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-time: approximately 8&ndash;10 hours per week</li><li>Flexible schedule with some in-studio content capture required</li><li>Compensation based on experience</li></ul>If interested, please send a short introduction, examples of social media work, and links to accounts you have managed.Job Type: Part-timePay: $21.30 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98115
