Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Live Love Flow Yoga is a community focused yoga studio in Green Lake, Seattle offering hot yoga, strength, and wellness classes. We are building a strong local community and are looking for someone who understands how to tell that story online and help grow the studio.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence. This person will create content, post regularly, and help communicate promotions, workshops, and events across multiple platforms. The role is part-time and flexible but requires consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Post regularly including reels, stories, and updates
• Capture content in the studio (classes, instructors, community moments)
• Respond to comments and messages when needed
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style

Content Creation

• Film and edit short videos for social media
• Take photos and create simple graphics for posts and stories
• Plan a weekly content calendar with promotions, classes, and events

Email & Text Marketing

• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Promote workshops, membership offers, and events
• Send promotional text messages for key announcements or last-minute class openings

Marketing Support

• Promote special events, workshops, and community events
• Work with the studio team to highlight instructors and new classes
• Track engagement and help improve what performs best

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or small business
• Comfortable creating Instagram reels and short video content
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Familiar with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
• Organized and able to manage a simple weekly content schedule
• Interest in yoga, fitness, or wellness is a plus

Hours & Compensation

• Part-time: approximately 8–10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule with some in-studio content capture required
• Compensation based on experience
