Position Summary</h3>
Livestock Nutrition Center, a leading regional feed manufacturing company, is looking for motivated Processing Laborers to join our team.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities &amp; Duties</h3><ul><li>
Ensure the mill is kept clean, including the grounds surrounding the Mill.
</li><li>Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks are completed</li><li>
Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.</li><li>
Record production data and maintain accurate documentation (batch records, machine logs, downtime reports)</li><li>
Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew
</li><li>Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.</li><li>
Ensure company safety practices are followed, along with OSHA standards
</li><li>Must be able to recognize potential hazards when assembling/disassembling Processing Barn Equipment, including densifiers and heat exchangers.</li><li>
Ability to send batches to correct surge tanks to ensure they go to the proper densifier.</li><li>
Ability to be able to send final product into proper bay in the Finished Product Barn.</li><li>
Ability to perform basic housekeeping duties including toolroom organization, maintaining cleanliness of break room, and keeping the Processing Barn as clean as possible to minimize hazards.</li><li>
Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>
Ability to walk and stand for 12 hours a day/night.</li><li>
Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.</li><li>
Forklift, Skid Steer, Front end loader experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat or cold.</li><li>
Maintain safe working environment.</li><li>
Attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work in a team setting.</li><li>
Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as a Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, capable of analyzing data, and improving processes.

Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Analyze and document business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.</li><li>
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.</li><li>
Support project planning, scope definition, and performance tracking.
</li><li>Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.</li></ul>
Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in business analysis role.</li><li>
Up to 30% overnight travel required.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic scripting.</li><li>
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cybersecurity.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CBAP are a plus.</li></ul>
