Livestock Nutrition Center specializes in blending customized rations, supplements and premixes to meet the specific nutritional needs of livestock producers' operations. We understand that management, performance objectives and feeding practices can be vastly different between operations, and that these differences dictate specific nutritional or formulation requirements. Our experienced sales staff and nutritionist will work with the producer to design a feeding program that is specific to their operation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as a Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, capable of analyzing data, and improving processes.

Company will not provide sponsorships at this time.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze and document business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

• Support project planning, scope definition, and performance tracking.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis role.

• Up to 30% overnight travel required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic scripting.

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CBAP are a plus.
