Job SummaryLiving Engineering Consultant LLC is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant with a minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to our engineering team. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers professionally</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct phone calls</li><li>Manage meeting room bookings and appointments</li><li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, format, and file reports, documents, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical &amp; digital)</li><li>Data entry and record keeping</li><li>Assist HR and accounts department with administrative tasks</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
