Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Summary

Living Engineering Consultant LLC is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to our engineering team. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and appointments
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and file reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Assist HR and accounts department with administrative tasks
  • Monitor and order office supplies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
