 who ensures orders move smoothly from
 
 checkout to delivery

 Role Overview
 
 This role sits at the heart of daily operations. You will
 
 own order follow-ups, customer communication, and delivery coordination
 
 . If something is delayed, cancelled, or incorrect you handle it and close the loop.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Customer Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly, professionally, and calmly with customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate issues when needed but always with context and solutions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Fulfilment &amp; Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor daily orders and follow up with vendors and delivery partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure orders are prepared, dispatched, and delivered on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Track delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders and resolve them
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors on availability, replacements, or reshipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate order status updates in the system
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Log customer issues and fulfilment problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify recurring issues and report them to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Category Specialists, vendors, and logistics partners
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 2&ndash;4 years experience in
 
 customer support, operations, or e-commerce fulfilment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong communication skills (Arabic &amp; English)

 Key Responsibilities

 Pricing, margins, and promotions

 Stock availability &amp; lead times
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze category performance (sales, conversion, returns, cancellations) and propose improvements
 </li>

 Coordinate with:
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing team for category campaigns &amp; offers
 </li>
 <li>
 Operations &amp; customer care to resolve category-related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Livish standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify underperforming SKUs and take corrective actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 e-commerce, category management, merchandising, or marketplace operations

 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and promotions

 Comfortable working with vendors and pushing for results
 
 </li>

 Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
