We are hiring a Customer Support & Fulfilment Coordinator who ensures orders move smoothly from checkout to delivery , and customers are handled professionally when issues arise.


Role Overview

This role sits at the heart of daily operations. You will own order follow-ups, customer communication, and delivery coordination . If something is delayed, cancelled, or incorrect you handle it and close the loop.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and calmly with customers
  • Escalate issues when needed but always with context and solutions


Fulfilment & Operations

  • Monitor daily orders and follow up with vendors and delivery partners
  • Ensure orders are prepared, dispatched, and delivered on time
  • Track delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders and resolve them
  • Coordinate with vendors on availability, replacements, or reshipments
  • Maintain accurate order status updates in the system


Reporting & Coordination

  • Log customer issues and fulfilment problems
  • Identify recurring issues and report them to management
  • Work closely with Category Specialists, vendors, and logistics partners


What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years experience in customer support, operations, or e-commerce fulfilment
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Calm under pressure; solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
