Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Brewing specialty coffees (espresso, latte, cappuccino) and other drinks, following recipes and techniques.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, explaining menu items, taking detailed orders, making recommendations, and handling payments.
• Food Service: Serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items.
• Cleanliness: Sanitizing workstations, machines, dining areas, and washing dishes.
• Stock Management: Restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, cups, and merchandise.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operating, cleaning, troubleshooting, and reporting issues with espresso machines and grinders.
• Inventory: Monitoring stock levels and replenishing items.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically the standard minimum.
• Experience: While many entry-level roles offer on-the-job training, 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality is often preferred.
• Visa :Transfer Visa 18.

Pay: From KD200.000 per month
