Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM systems
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a polite and effective manner
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive, Call Center Agent, or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory: Arabic is an added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Good time management and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
