Sales Advisor - Retail

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle cash or card payments.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating when necessary.
• Participate in sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
• Valid Transferrable Visa
• Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD275.000 - KD300.000 per month
