Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome customers, handle inquiries, bookings, and payments.</li><li>Coordinate coaches&rsquo; schedules and confirm training sessions.</li><li>Oversee facility operations, ensuring courts, equipment, and cleanliness are maintained.</li><li>Promote offers, memberships, and assist with events and tournaments.</li><li>Prepare daily reports, communicate issues to management, and monitor stock levels.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or sports facilities (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and hospitality skills.</li><li>Basic proficiency in POS systems, booking applications, and WhatsApp Business.</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Educated.</li><li>Nationality : Bhutan, Indonesia, Philippines, Africa</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD280.000 - KD320.000 per month
