Job description:Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome customers, handle inquiries, bookings, and payments.</li><li>Coordinate coaches&rsquo; schedules and confirm training sessions.</li><li>Oversee facility operations, ensuring courts, equipment, and cleanliness are maintained.</li><li>Promote offers, memberships, and assist with events and tournaments.</li><li>Prepare daily reports, communicate issues to management, and monitor stock levels.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or sports facilities (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and hospitality skills.</li><li>Basic proficiency in POS systems, booking applications, and WhatsApp Business.</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Educated.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD300.000 - KD320.000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.</li><li>Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.</li><li>Process transactions efficiently and handle cash or card payments.</li><li>Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Participate in sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and training sessions as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.</li><li>Valid Transferrable Visa</li><li>Bilingual</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD275.000 - KD300.000 per month
