The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing retail transactions, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Main Tasks<ul><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for date products.</li><li>Implement marketing and promotional strategies approved by management.</li><li>Seek new opportunities to increase sales in the retail sector.</li><li>Communicate with major stores, supermarkets, date shops, and specialty stores.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure continued cooperation.</li><li>Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales service.</li><li>Ensure product availability to customers and avoid stock outs.</li><li>Coordinate ordering and delivery processes between the factory and customers.</li><li>Suggest appropriate quantities to customers based on their sales volume.</li><li>Ensure product presentation is attractive and consistent with the brand identity.</li><li>Implement promotions and coordinate with the marketing department regarding advertising campaigns.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and product performance.</li><li>Analyze competitors and propose competitive strategies.</li><li>Provide feedback on consumer behavior and market needs to management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Retail Sales and Sales skills.</li><li>Experience with CO-OP, Carrefour, Lulu...etc.</li><li>Customer Service and Relationship Building skills</li><li>Excellent Communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field</li><li>Currently residing in the UAE, with a valid residency permit preferred.</li><li>Holds a valid driver's license.</li><li>Has 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in Odoo ERP System.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.</li><li>Has strong knowledge of the UAE market (preferably with close connections with food customers).</li><li>Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of dates and their products is a plus.</li><li>Able to work both individually and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
