Retail Sales Executive - AD and Dubai

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai , United Arab Emirates. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing retail transactions, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Main Tasks

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for date products.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies approved by management.
  • Seek new opportunities to increase sales in the retail sector.
  • Communicate with major stores, supermarkets, date shops, and specialty stores.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure continued cooperation.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales service.
  • Ensure product availability to customers and avoid stock outs.
  • Coordinate ordering and delivery processes between the factory and customers.
  • Suggest appropriate quantities to customers based on their sales volume.
  • Ensure product presentation is attractive and consistent with the brand identity.
  • Implement promotions and coordinate with the marketing department regarding advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and product performance.
  • Analyze competitors and propose competitive strategies.
  • Provide feedback on consumer behavior and market needs to management.

Qualifications

  • Retail Sales and Sales skills.
  • Experience with CO-OP, Carrefour, Lulu...etc.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Currently residing in the UAE, with a valid residency permit preferred.
  • Holds a valid driver's license.
  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE.
  • Proficiency in Odoo ERP System.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Has strong knowledge of the UAE market (preferably with close connections with food customers).
  • Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of dates and their products is a plus.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
