Job Overview llama provides Facilities and Real Estate software solutions for organizations that help others. We are seeking a Product Enablement &amp; Content Specialist who will play a vital role in empowering customers to confidently adopt and utilize our workplace technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, engaging end-user documentation, training scripts, and test scripts that support successful system implementations and ongoing product usage. You will produce short-form instructional videos designed to help customers enable themselves on our platform, reducing reliance on direct support and accelerating time-to-value. Working closely with implementation leads and the development team, you will quickly get up to speed on new product features and translate that knowledge into accessible videos and documentation that keep customers informed and equipped as our product evolves.
