Product Enablement & Content Specialist

llama provides Facilities and Real Estate software solutions for organizations that help others. We are seeking a Product Enablement & Content Specialist who will play a vital role in empowering customers to confidently adopt and utilize our workplace technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, engaging end-user documentation, training scripts, and test scripts that support successful system implementations and ongoing product usage. You will produce short-form instructional videos designed to help customers enable themselves on our platform, reducing reliance on direct support and accelerating time-to-value. Working closely with implementation leads and the development team, you will quickly get up to speed on new product features and translate that knowledge into accessible videos and documentation that keep customers informed and equipped as our product evolves. This role is ideal for a creative, self-motivated communicator who can simplify complex technology concepts and deliver polished, customer-ready content in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll work on:

• Create and maintain end-user documentation, training scripts, and test scripts
• Produce short-form instructional videos that enable customers to independently navigate and utilize our platform.
• Partner with implementation leads and developers to quickly understand new product features and translate them into customer-ready content.
• Continuously review and update existing documentation and videos to reflect product changes, ensuring content remains accurate and relevant.

• Ability to take complex technical concepts and explain them in simple, approachable language that resonates with a non-technical audience.
• Comfort rapidly absorbing new product features and functionality, and immediately turning that knowledge into useful content.
• A precise approach to content, ensuring documentation and scripts are accurate, consistent, and easy to follow.
• Creativity to content production, finding engaging ways to present information through video, visuals, and written materials with limited direction.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver polished work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
