Startup Operations + Content Creator

Overview

Refresh Labs is a fast-growing startup launching niche cleaning products across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our website. We build brands through strong operations and viral-style content, not corporate marketing teams.

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic individual who wants to grow with a startup. This role is hybrid: part warehouse operations, part social media content creation.

You will help fulfill orders and manage inventory while also creating and posting engaging content on TikTok and Instagram. If you enjoy being creative, understand social trends, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves in a warehouse environment, this role is for you.

This is not a corporate desk job. It is a builder role inside a growing company.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations

• Pick, pack, and ship daily orders
• Label products and prepare shipments
• Maintain organized warehouse space
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking
• Prepare products for TikTok Shop and Amazon fulfillment

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Film product demonstrations and trend-based videos
• Help brainstorm viral content ideas
• Respond to customer questions in content format
• Assist in posting and managing social media accounts
• Monitor content performance and adjust ideas accordingly

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Familiar with short-form video editing apps (CapCut, in-app editing, etc.)
• Comfortable being on camera (or willing to learn)
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Organized and able to balance physical work with creative tasks
• Interest in startups, ecommerce, or brand building preferred

No corporate marketing experience required. No advanced software experience required. We care more about creativity, initiative, and reliability.
