<div><p><b>Position Description</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>Executive Administrative Assistant works with Executive Administration team focusing on Complaints, Disputes, Bankruptcy, Deceased, Validation, C&amp;D and other forms of Correspondence and communications. Works closely with Partners and Attorneys to resolve and review escalated matters. Works and communicates directly with clients.</p><br>

<p><b>Position Requirements</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to identify a Complaint, Dispute, VOD, Fraud Request, Bankruptcy, Deceased, etc.</li>
<li>Report directly to clients</li>
<li>Status files per individual Client guidelines</li>
<li>Maintain required log for individual Clients</li>
<li>Cross-train and provide backup assistance to Executive and Administrative Assistants</li>
<li>Support Executive Team as requested</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Position Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Proficient in both Word and Excel</li>
<li>General working knowledge of CLS (Word Perfect)</li>
<li>Must be able to &ldquo;Multi-task&rdquo;</li>
<li>Excellent Organizational Skills</li>
<li>Strong Attention to Detail (Accuracy is a must)</li>
<li>Dependable</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with other departments</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality as required</li>
<li>Professional Attitude and Appearance</li>
<li>Strong Attendance Record</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Skills &amp; Abilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Advanced knowledge of CLS servicing system</li>
<li>Moderate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li>
<li>Average Math Skills, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, and Documentation Skills</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Task oriented with the ability to individually prioritize based on job requirements</li>
<li>Good time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
<li>Willingness to learn new skill sets and share expertise with management and team members</li></ul><br>

<p><b>Education and/or Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li><b>Minimum</b></li>
</ul>
<p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p>
<p>3-5 years&rsquo; experience in the legal collections industry</p><br>
<p></p>
<ul><li><b>Desired</b></li>
</ul>
<p>4 Year College Degree</p>
<p>2 Year College Degree</p>
<p>5+ years&rsquo; experience in the Banking or Collections Industry</p><br>
