Key Responsibilities:&middot; Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.&middot; Manage calls, inquiries, and client correspondence efficiently.&middot; Manage appointments, meetings, and property viewing schedules.&middot; Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.&middot; Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies.&middot; Liaise between clients, agents, and management to ensure smooth communication.&middot; Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers for office upkeep.&middot; Ensure all operations comply with RERA laws and regulations.&middot; Assist in the preparation, verification and filing of legal documents, tenancy contracts, technical documents and renewal notices.&middot; Oversee cheque deposits and ensure all related documentation is accurately filed and updated.&middot; Coordinate with Site Engineers regarding payment processes, project-related letters, and required documentation.&middot; Liaise with Owners Association management to ensure timely monthly payments for utilities (e.g., DEWA, DU).&middot; Review, draft, and revise agreements and contracts as directed by management.&middot; Communicate and follow up with suppliers and contractors to coordinate maintenance and ensure timely completion of services.&middot; Utilize the DLD Oqood and TAS systems to prepare and submit project registration requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.&middot; Create, track, and follow up on inspection requests through the DLD system.&middot; Coordinate with engineers and consultants to gather and provide necessary project documentation.&middot; Liaise with RERA and DLD officials to obtain timely approvals and ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or any other discipline.&middot; Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience in real estate administration or propertymanagement.&middot; In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate legal compliance.&middot; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office..
