Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

· Manage calls, inquiries, and client correspondence efficiently.

· Manage appointments, meetings, and property viewing schedules.

· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies.

· Liaise between clients, agents, and management to ensure smooth communication.

· Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers for office upkeep.

· Ensure all operations comply with RERA laws and regulations.

· Assist in the preparation, verification and filing of legal documents, tenancy contracts, technical documents and renewal notices.

· Oversee cheque deposits and ensure all related documentation is accurately filed and updated.

· Coordinate with Site Engineers regarding payment processes, project-related letters, and required documentation.

· Liaise with Owners Association management to ensure timely monthly payments for utilities (e.g., DEWA, DU).

· Review, draft, and revise agreements and contracts as directed by management.

· Communicate and follow up with suppliers and contractors to coordinate maintenance and ensure timely completion of services.

· Utilize the DLD Oqood and TAS systems to prepare and submit project registration requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

· Create, track, and follow up on inspection requests through the DLD system.

· Coordinate with engineers and consultants to gather and provide necessary project documentation.

· Liaise with RERA and DLD officials to obtain timely approvals and ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other discipline.

· Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate administration or property

management.

· In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate legal compliance.

· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
