Role Overview:You will support the design team through all phases of projects, from initial concept through construction administration. This is a hands-on role perfect for a detail-oriented and savvy learner who takes initiative and thrives in both team and solo environments.Key Responsibilities:- Develop design concepts, space plans, and furniture layouts.- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.- Source finishes, fixtures, and furniture (FF&amp;E) and develop corresponding schedules.- Assist in the management of project timelines, orders and budgets.- Organize client presentationsQualifications:- minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or related field.- Degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.- Proficiency in SketchUp+Layout, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and/or Apple OS alternative.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.- Strong presentation and graphic communication skills.- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.We are open for part-time to full-time consideration.Qualified candidates should submit a resume and portfolio to info@lm-id.com.Job Types: Part-time, Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please submit digital portfolio of your design work.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sketchup: 2 years (Required)</li><li>AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Interior design: 2 years (Required)</li><li>furniture procurement: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
