Role Overview:
You will support the design team through all phases of projects, from initial concept through construction administration. This is a hands-on role perfect for a detail-oriented and savvy learner who takes initiative and thrives in both team and solo environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, space plans, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Source finishes, fixtures, and furniture (FF&E) and develop corresponding schedules.
- Assist in the management of project timelines, orders and budgets.
- Organize client presentations
Qualifications:
- minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or related field.
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in SketchUp+Layout, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and/or Apple OS alternative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.- Strong presentation and graphic communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
