Marketing Representative &amp; Social Media Specialist<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage published content across all major social media platforms.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and initiatives.</li><li>Assist in creating visual content using photography and design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe Suite products.</li><li>Act as a marketing representative for LoKation Real Estate, sharing company updates, events, and initiatives with agents, partners, and the local community.</li><li>Support recruiting and business development efforts by promoting agent success stories, company achievements, and upcoming events.</li><li>Represent the brand at internal and external events, capturing photo/video content and engaging with agents to build relationships.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite.</li><li>Basic photography skills are a plus; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is desirable.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.</li><li>Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the brand in agent- and client-facing interactions.</li><li>Enthusiastic about relationship-building, networking, and being the &ldquo;face&rdquo; of the brand in marketing efforts.</li><li>Required availability: 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-growing, innovative real estate brokerage</li><li>Collaborative, high-energy team environment</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Work Location: In person</li><li>Ability to commute: Pompano Beach, FL 33060 (Required)</li></ul>If you're ready to make an impact in the real estate industry by combining creative social media strategy with hands-on marketing representation, we invite you to apply today and join the vibrant team at LoKation Real Estate!Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
