This role blends strategic marketing with boots-on-the-ground engagement&mdash;ideal for a self-starter who&rsquo;s passionate about cannabis, digital content, and building community through data-driven storytelling.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead and execute SEO strategy for our website, menus, content, and digital footprint</li><li>Manage updates to product menus, web listings, and Google profiles for local SEO</li><li>Collaborate with vendors for co-branded campaigns, industry events, and sponsorships</li><li>Provide input on graphic design and brand visuals (working with design partners/tools)</li><li>Analyze marketing data to optimize traffic, engagement, and customer conversion</li><li>Ensure compliance with Ohio cannabis marketing regulations</li><li>Travel regularly (estimated 40%) to Columbus &amp; Cincinnati for:</li><li>Content creation</li><li>Store visits &amp; manager collaboration</li><li>Vendor events &amp; local partnerships</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll Thrive If You Have&hellip;<ul><li>2+ years in marketing, with a focus on SEO, content strategy, or digital campaigns</li><li>Experience in regulated industries or the ability to quickly learn cannabis compliance</li><li>Strong grasp of menu platforms (like Dutchie, Leafly, Weedmaps) and Google tools</li><li>Aesthetic eye and experience with basic design software (Canva, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>Flexibility to travel regularly within Ohio for in-person content, events, and store visits</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills&mdash;this role reports directly to the Owner and General Manager</li></ul>Bonus Points For<ul><li>Prior work in cannabis, alcohol, pharma, or other regulated spaces</li><li>Familiarity with Ohio&rsquo;s cannabis laws, dispensary retail, or customer trends</li><li>Web design familiarity</li><li>A portfolio or work samples that showcase your SEO and/or visual branding impact</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hourly: $30-$40/hour, depending on experience</li><li>Hands-on experience in Ohio&rsquo;s emerging cannabis industry</li><li>Opportunity to shape and scale a locally owned, non-MSO cannabis brand</li><li>A collaborative and flexible work environment that values creativity and initiative</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH 45203
