At Loutech, we value both our processes and our people, and we are committed to providing an environment where employees can grow, contribute, and take pride in the products they help produce.Position SummaryThe CNC Lathe &amp; Mill Operator is responsible for operating CNC lathes and CNC milling machines using established setups, programs, and work instructions. This role does not require machine setup experience and is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who values precision, consistency, and quality in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate CNC Multi axis lathes and Multi axis milling machines by following established prints, job travelers, and work instructions</li><li>Monitor machines during operation</li><li>Perform tool wear checks and notify setup personnel or supervisors when tooling attention is required</li><li>Perform in-process inspections using calibrated measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and thread mics</li><li>Verify finished parts meet print specifications and tolerance requirements</li><li>Make minor work offset adjustments as allowed by documented procedures</li><li>Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality issues</li><li>Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards</li><li>Accurately complete production and quality documentation</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety and 5S standards</li><li>Follow all ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system requirements</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of CNC machine operating experience (lathe and/or mill)</li><li>Experience operating CNC machines in a production environment</li><li>Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and job travelers</li><li>Familiarity with tight tolerances and precision parts</li><li>Experience machining aluminum and stainless steel preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of CNC machine controls (Haas, Fanuc, or similar)</li><li>Ability to use precision measuring instruments</li><li>U.S. citizenship or valid permanent resident/work authorization required</li><li>Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred</li><li>Experience with electrical connector manufacturing is a plus</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive, high-precision work consistently</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious</li><li>Strong observational skills to detect tool wear or part defects</li><li>Ability to follow written instructions and standardized processes</li><li>Works well independently and as part of a team</li><li>Takes pride in producing high-quality parts</li><li>Thrives in a deadline-driven production environment</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs</li><li>Manual dexterity for handling small precision components and inspection tools</li><li>Visual acuity to inspect detailed parts and read prints</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage starting at $20+ per hour, based on skills and experience</li><li>Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC and 5-axis equipment</li><li>Long-term stability with a well-established, family-owned business</li></ul>Location &amp; CommunityLocated in Chino, CA, our community offers excellent schools, healthcare access, low crime rates, and a high quality of life.<ul><li>Chino is a five-time recipient of the &ldquo;100 Best Communities for Young People&rdquo; award</li><li>Chino Hills ranked #34 on Money Magazine&rsquo;s &ldquo;100 Best Places to Live&rdquo; list</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
