Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role is responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties</li><li>Oversee tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and lease administration</li><li>Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections</li><li>Ensure properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and lease agreements</li><li>Manage rent collection, billing, and financial reporting</li><li>Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers</li><li>Handle tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-out processes</li><li>Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants</li><li>Maintain accurate property records and documentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;7+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and tenant management</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Pay: QAR24,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
