Property Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role is responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties
  • Oversee tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and lease administration
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and lease agreements
  • Manage rent collection, billing, and financial reporting
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Handle tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-out processes
  • Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and tenant management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office

Pay: QAR24,000.00 per month
