OverviewThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the Head of School by maintaining the Head of School&rsquo;s calendar, setting up donor visits, assisting with internal operations of fundraising efforts, drafting and editing communication, and other administrative duties.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain the Head of School&rsquo;s calendar, including scheduling meetings, registering for events, and arranging travel (when applicable).</li><li>Assist with planning and logistics for donor meetings, including initial calls and other correspondence to set up meetings when appropriate.</li><li>Assist the Head of School by managing the follow-up process after all donor appointments, including record-keeping, data management in all systems, and follow-up correspondence.</li><li>Work with appropriate staff members to determine data entry policies and to maintain the accuracy and relevance of data.</li><li>Prepare and send thank-you letters to donors.</li><li>Be aware of and push forward gift receipts as needed, ensuring that donors receive receipts and are thanked in an appropriate and timely manner.</li><li>Draft and edit letters and correspondence for the Head of School&mdash;as well as full school communications&mdash;with an understanding of the Head of School&rsquo;s voice and vision.</li><li>Oversee fundraising materials and collateral, such as the case for support, brochures, and newsletters, as well as fundraising-related content on LOGAN Hope&rsquo;s website and social media.</li><li>Oversee the execution of a yearly development communications plan.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for any events and ongoing activities for which the Head of School is responsible.</li><li>Coordinate volunteer support for applicable events.</li><li>Prepare materials and presentations for meetings, take meeting minutes, and coordinate follow-up tasks for attendees.</li><li>Be prepared to welcome visitors to the school, including donors and prospective families.</li><li>Coordinate the completion of the annual reports on fundraising and development.
