Office Administrative Assistant &ndash; In-PersonOur growing team is looking for a friendly, reliable Administrative Assistant to join us in person.About the roleThis is a full-time, in-person position based in 91214.You&rsquo;ll be a key part of day-to-day operations, helping keep things running smoothly for the team and our clients.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Answering phones and handling incoming calls</li><li>Working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)</li><li>Communicating with clients in a clear, friendly, and professional manner</li><li>Scheduling jobs</li><li>Preparing work orders</li><li>Submitting reports</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task</li><li>Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Friendly, professional client interaction</li><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)</li><li>Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required</li><li>Previous administrative experience preferred</li><li>Previous experience in fire protection field is a plus</li></ul>This is a W-2 position.We&rsquo;re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in being organized and helpful.If that describes you, we&rsquo;d love to hear from youWork Location: In person
