 Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using
 
 Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and optimize
 
 custom objects, triggers, validation rules, and automation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop
 
 Lightning Web Components
 
 with strong UX and performance focus
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain
 
 integrations
 
 using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on
 
 Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
 
 , and industry-specific solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in
 
 technical design discussions
 
 and provide scalable solution approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Support data migrations, deployments, and release management
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term system improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and QA teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure best practices around
 
 security, performance, and maintainability
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in
 
 Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of
 
 Salesforce data model and security model
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Salesforce integrations
 
 (REST APIs, web services)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on
 
 live orgs with real business users
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 DevOps tools
 
 (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 </li>
