Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows
• Build and optimize custom objects, triggers, validation rules, and automation
• Develop Lightning Web Components with strong UX and performance focus
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and industry-specific solutions
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide scalable solution approaches
• Support data migrations, deployments, and release management
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term system improvements
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and QA teams
• Ensure best practices around security, performance, and maintainability

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Experience with Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, web services)
• Experience working on live orgs with real business users
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
