Requirements:
8+ years of overall experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce/CRM sales is mandatory.
Prior experience working with a leading Salesforce partner or implementation firm.
International sales experience is required, with proven success engaging clients in the Middle East and North American markets.
Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, digital transformation, and enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
Based in Lahore (preferred), with willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across international markets, particularly in the Middle East and North America.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to sales processes, tools, and customer experience.
