Job OverviewVera Developers Private Limited is a company engaged in real estate and is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor. This role requires a professional who can craft compelling visual concepts, produce high-quality graphic designs, and create engaging video content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and other teams.Objectives of this Role<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of innovative graphic designs and video content that meet business goals and align with brand standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual and video content accurately expresses ideas and represents the company &amp; its products appropriately.</li><li>Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.</li><li>Identify and implement solutions to improve design and video production capabilities.</li><li>Maintain and update internal databases for designs, photography, and video assets.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, social media content, internal communications, digital ads/content, newsletters, marketing materials, and video campaigns.</li><li>Translate strategic direction into high-quality graphic designs and video content within an established brand identity.</li><li>Develop concepts by hand or with software, executing original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, layout, and video editing techniques.</li><li>Manage the design, editing, and uploading process for all project materials, adhering to best practices for content management systems and video platforms.</li><li>Utilize trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications and video styles.</li><li>Design and produce graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements.</li><li>Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media clips, and internal communications.</li><li>Ensure consistency across all visual designs and video productions to build a strong brand identity.</li><li>Adapt visuals and video content for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.</li><li>Effective Utilisation of AI prompting to optimise the creative flow.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Exceptional creativity and innovative design and video editing skills.</li><li>Five or more years of experience with Adobe Suite, Canva &amp; Corel Draw.</li><li>1 Year of experience with either Gemini, Deepseek, Midjourney, Veo, Meta AI etc</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and video editing work.</li><li>Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles.</li><li>Desire to continue building skill set with ongoing education and training.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
